Nov17 Friday-Mazatlan . We go for another bus tour this time out to the country. We pass chicken farms, hass avacadoes papaya and tomatoe farms also mangoes. They also have a frog farm catering to Japan. We see hand made brick factories too. We get out at a place called malpica . Here they make hand made cement decortative tiles. We stop at a furniture factory where we watch them carving and a pottery factory where we watched them wedge clay. This is in the town of Concordia Next we go to a quaint cobblestoned town of Copala, a silver mining town. We visit a church 1756 . We have lunch at Daniels famous for their banana coconut cream pies

Nov 16 Thursday-Mazatlan. Today we get a bus tour of the city. First we go for breakfast at Panama on the Co. we have a huge shrimp omelet. Mazatlan is the shrimp capital of the west coast. They take us to old town and see the zocalo ( main square) . We go inside the Cathedral- stunning. Then off to the market where I buy Bill some tank tops and a beefsteak tomato for 30 cents. Pat and I were late for the bus (8 min) Bill not to happy with us as everyone had to wait. We return to RV park after the guide points good restaurants on the way. Happy hour at 4. After dinner I go across the street to a hotel with my computer to see if the have WIFI. Yep bingo.
