Our trucks USB break system is acting up. 9.30pm we hear this clicking noise coming from our truck. It is so loud it would have kept our neighbour awake so Bill moved it . We couldn't see how to disconnect it. By morning it has stopped. We will have it looked at in Tucson.

Nov17 Monday
I try to get my slide show on my computer working . I take it to a shop he charges me $50 . I take it home and it doesn't work so I take it back . It works there . I go to the library to post my blog as the internet is still down at our RV park.
Nov 18 Sunday
Today we go to the large flea market at Apache Junction east of Phoenix. 47 miles from Casa Grande. It is huge. A coyote crosses our path on the way. It takes us from 9-1pm to go through it all.
Nov 15 Saturday
I go with Al and 2 other men for a 2 and ½ hr hike in the morning. I planned on going to the pool and hot tub but they were both closed because of the wind and dust blowing everywhere. So I lounge in the sun instead. Pokino again tonight.

during boat show and after show tearing down the tent notice alot of the pilings are gone too

walking down Los OlasPosted by Picasa
N0v 9 Sunday
We take our morning stroll, this time down Las Olas Blvd. Just as we approach the bridge bells and whistles sound announcing the opening of the bridge to let a pile driver through. Just about all traces of the boat show are gone. I walk all the way to 6th street. There is a farmers market here on Sundays. I buy potatoes, peppers and corn on the cob. Thankfully I took my backpack with me. It's a good day for walking I had planned to take the bus back ($1.25 ) but it is so pleasant out I walk.

Nov 8 Saturday
Shannon and Ethan phoned last night to say everything is OK. Ethan should be back Sunday but he has to fly to New York to meet his boss so we probably will not see the boat in CV9 in the water.
We enjoy their condo today. I walk to the aquatic center next door and watch the swimming for awhile. What a huge place. I walk the beach what a lot of activity as it is Saturday and a lot more people. We are only less than 3 min away so we do not have to get involved in the huge parking cost-$10 from 6-6 no in between. Residences of FL can buy a pass. They rent chairs and umbrellas on the beach. We are close enough we can carry ours if we want. Fishing charters, parasailing, windsurfing, kite surfing, jet skies, sm sailboats, you name it all available on the beach. Even a volley ball court and kids play area. What I found interesting was an exercise square (see photo) people were using it. The 7 mile sea wall lights up at night with different coloured track lights -cool. On the other side are restaurants, sidewalk cafes, shops and bars, all await you . We watch a beautiful sunset tonight what a nice way to end a great day.
