We still have time so we drive to the Palomar observatory.What a climb, what a view. We get there at 3pm they close at 3:15. Oh well next time.We get a bit of a scare as after Ken drops us off we cannot find our keys so we phone Ken and sure enough they are on the floor in the back seat. February 27 Wednesday An exciting day today. Ken Linda and Spike pick us up at 9am and we head up hwy 74 in beautiful sunny weather. We are heading for Temecula. We stop at the visitors center first and the beautiful city hall. A museum first where we parked in the shade for Spike. Then a walk through old town with a lot of quaint stores . Sunday we are going to Thousand Palms for a walk to “discouver the oasis “with Suzane Jarvinen. I find the great horned owl in the McCallum oasis.

Yesterdays demo was a flop. The FW represented did not show up and poor Deb the owner of the store took matters in hand and presented us with Fw acrylic artist ink and paper and said to play and experience. So we did . She is going to reschedule .

Thursday was the painting group where I finished painting Spike and Thea for Ken and Linda. We baby sat them in November. Today is crafty ladies. We are going for lunch in the park . My first time lunching in our restaurant. Tonight Peter and Pat are coming over and we are going to Habatchie for dinner before they leave the PS area.

REMEMBER-Blessed are the cracked for they let in the light.

I go back to Venus art studio for another demo this time on Golden Artist colours. Chris Cozin does a great job. We all go home with paint samples and a 30% off coupon. I go upstairs to see the work for Diane's class they are coming along nicely. Next demo is Saturday
