well
I got too many complaints about not continuing my blog so here is an
up date.
August
21 Sunday
Penticton
first to visit two couples. We stop first at Manning park and see
they are giving a wild flower tour. Bill says we have time so we
drive up the mountain ( 20 minutes) on part gravel road. Beautiful
scenery. The tour is one hour much of the flowers are spent but we
learn a few things then back down and on our way. Arrive in
Penticton at 3pm. We stay at the Slumber Lodge right across from the
lake. We take a little rest then walk the shore to the restaurants it
is hot 90' We stop at Salty's great food then we walk back cooler now
with a breeze.
