we get ready to leave for the Palm Springs area Indio. Vacuum, dust etc.
Dec 14 Sunday
We leave for Indio 9.30am, an uneventful journy- 3 hours. Here we meet many past friends, our wagon master from our Austrailia New Zealand trip Jim and Gisela and Wayne and Mary Ann from the same trip. We also meet our friends from Powell River Lyn and Larry here. I call Sherri and she tells me the twins are just about sleeping through the night. Great. I receive her package of 2 pillow cases with the twins picture on them Neat. We get an e-mail from Ethan they are in Fortaleza Brazil. They are having difficulty with the customs and immigration department. As it is the weekend they are not getting much settled. Hopefully we get good news on Monday. They were planning to be in Reo Dec 15 and get the boat ready for the owner. Dec 20-Jan 5 they were to cruise from Buzias to parati and Bahia llha Grande with the owners. Jan 5-7 was to be for relocating to Floreanoplis where the owner are on board from Jan10-15 then they were to depart Brazil for a fuel stop at Montevideo Uruguay.
