September 27 Thursday 2012
Wednesday I help Bill put our boat off the grid and into the boathouse. We took a small drive into the harbour to make sure our propeller was working .before putting the dingy back on we took a little ride into Mistiquoe Creek next door as Bill thinks he has seen our old sailboat and sure enough there she is and still looks pretty good. It is nice to see someone taking care of her. Today we stay home I do some carving and Bill just putters. Tomorrow is party day at preschool so I am going

September 9 Sunday 2012
What a wonderful ending to yet another boating season. BYC has it's family weekend at Clemmey up Indian Arm in perfect sunny weather. About 44 boats attend. Sherri Carter and Madison all had a good time. I did a class with rock eyeballs which was a success with both the adults and the kids alike. We are removing every thing out of the boat as Sept 24 the boat comes out to get it's bottom done. Shannon arrives at Snug Cove Sept 11 then moves to Cates next door to us for 12 days then to Coal Harbour.
