October 13 Tuesday 2009 Jackson Mississippi to Dallas Texas
8am 66'(19)overcast. We cross the Mississippi river into Louisiana, then off to Texas taking hwy 20 all the way. By noon it starts to pour rain and I mean pour. By 2 it subsides to drizzle. 3Pm we stop at a flying “J” just on the south outskirt of Dallas on hwy 20. We have dinner at the cookery again. And stay the night.We drove 396mi (638km) miles per gallon 13.6 much better on a flat highway.
REMEMBER-The difference between school and life-In school you are taught a lesson and given a test. In life you are given a test that teaches you a lesson.
