November 10 Saturday 2012 Clark,Shelia and I go hiking with the Santa Rosa leaders. We do the Cabazon trail. I learn a lot of new stuff. Most trails in the Cochella valley were laid out by the Desert Riders- people on horseback. He show us a barbeque they used after their rides. We also see an old homestead from the mining days. I get introduced to a new plant-a clammy weed. We hike in a boxed canyon to the dry waterfall. We pass people iraticating weeds. They have many black bags full. We each help by taking 1-2bags each back to the center. We go back to our place and have lunch before we go to the Art Affaire at Whitewater park. Another good day in paridise. REMEMBER-Life doesn't have to be perfect to be wonderful
