October 12 Tuesday 2010 at sea sunny but lumpy seas

After a good breakfast we head up to the crows nest where Matt interviews different crew members. I walk all the way up to the 10^th floor as we are on the first floor. I beat Bill and Dina , Hudson walks up too. I take a book and walk back to the crows nest . They are giving salsa lessons. Then I read until Lunch where we all meet in the Lido. At 2pm Ron is giving a talk on Pirates of the Caribbean. I type my blog then it is happy hour. We have it early as we are going to the Pinnical again for a formal dinner. Entertainment is the Singers and dancers of the Zuiderdam.

REMEMBER- Happiness is not the end of the road, it's the beginning.

October 8 Friday 2010 at sea -day 14

After breakfast we head up to the vista lounge where Ron our travel guide gives a talk on an historic account of the Panama Canal. At 9am. Another time change today at 2pm one hour forward. At 10am we are told the secret of towel folding as we get a different animal on our bed every night. 3Pm we get complimentary drinks and ice cream and liqueurs . The captain, hotel manager and cruise director share their favorite cruise around the world. Today is formal night. 8Pm is the Unexpected boys with a new show. It was not nearly as good as last time. At 9pm Ron gave us an overview of Why Panama? Ron lived here for about ten years. Thing were extremely reasonable.

REMEMBER- To take the time to live because time passes quickly and never returns.

October 3 Sunday 2010 at sea – day 9

weather in the 90ts with high humidity yesterday was hot enough at 86. After breakfast we go to the Crows nest for interviews with last night singers. Ron our travel guide elaborated on our shore excursions. 11Am archaeologist, Mary Lou Ridinger talks on Maya archaeology and jade. After lunch Ron presents an historic overview of Guatemala. On our walks around the deck we see turtles and I saw a sailfish who did 5 or 6 jumps. The show after dinner-Unexpected Boys was so good we went to the 10pm show as well.
