November 12 Friday 2010 Heading South

It's good to view our world through the windshield again. We do not leave until 10: 30 as the Patello bridge is closed from 6-9 due to a jumper. Temp 46' We arrive at the border at 11 and decide to go in the duty free lane as we need a bottle of scotch anyway. It took us 2 hours to get through with no problem and no entry by customs . 2:30 we arrive at Tulalip. We first stop at Walmart. I put the groceries away and are drinking our scotch by 4. The Rv section is full of BC people. There is plenty of room to put our slides out. (no power) Disappointed in the buffet as they are doing renovations so a big section is missing. The prime rib was excellent. NEVER CROSS THE BORDER ON A HOLLIDAY weekend.
